Are you a procrastinator? Do you make plans and fail to follow through with them? Are you always waiting for the perfect moment to get it done? Do you always wait the last minute to get things done? Do you feel like the universe is just not working on your favor? Do you think nothing good every come your way?

Yeaah it’s okay…. I get like that too…It’s normal….I think!

Well making plans and not achieving them is not pretty. It’s like you feel so heavy because you have so much weight on your shoulders right? Get them weights off your shoulders! How can you do that? Well I don’t know but I can share with you what I’ve started doing to conquer these negative habits and so far, its working great for me.

What you will need:

  • Post-it notes
  • A pen
  • A Mirror (or a wall that you look at everyday)
  • A Mason jar (or any clear jar that you have)

Okay, so with my pen, I write down everything on my post-it notes. I place them on my mirror (because I look in the mirror everyday causing me to look at my goals everyday, thus working towards them). Yes you can continue to add notes as things come up in your life.

Every time I’ve completed a task I remove the post-it note and place it in a mason jar. At the end of the year, I will be able to see all the goals I have achieved.

My plan is to do this every year.

So far this has been working for me, not only am I able to follow through and achieve the things I want to achieve, but I also will learn and be reminded that I am blessed and the universe do work in my favor.

So write it down and make it happen!
